We'll miss the spring.
One of the great things about going home, is that we'll miss the depth of winter. One of the sad things about not coming back until mid year, is that we'll miss the spring. We'll just have to leave that for another time!
yes, it is sad to miss particular seasons...it sounds a little like you may have family over there?
I have been able to enjoy all four seasons here in New York with my little family. What a joy. But not to get the flu, a week in! However, seems to be mainly a sinus infection that with treatment is getting better! Hopefully. I would sure like to be much better when I spend more time outside in the cold!
